The DM 2/8 is a mid-size bookshelf loudspeaker with a large 8 inch mid/bass driver, resulting in a remarkable sound reproduction down to even the lower registers.
The proprietary driver technology and the electrical parameters ensure that the DM 2/8 can be combined with a wide range of amplifiers. With a sensitivity of 88 dB and a linear impedance, it will perfectly mate even to entry level electronics. It employs authentic Dynaudio technology, integrated into a rigidly braced cabinet with a very solid front baffle: A 1.1 inch (28 mm) coated soft dome tweeter and an 8 inch (20 cm) MSP woofer. The woofer features an extremely rigid die-cast aluminium basket for impressive bass performance even at higher volumes.
The DM 2/8 is the ideal model for anyone expecting largescale musical performance from a loudspeaker that is still not too large.
