Q: What are your store hours? A: We are open Monday thru Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday 12:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Q: What are your return policies? A: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us (postage prepaid) for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns must be postmarked no later than seven (7) days after receipt and accompanied by a written request for the return. We do not reimburse for shipping charges unless the return was due to an error on our part. Q: Is insurance available? What about shipping with no insurance? A: Unless specifically requested otherwise, all orders are shipped uninsured. Any loss or damage to the item is the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the order, once we have delivered the order to the US Postal service. If you desire to insure your order please contact us and we will calculate the additional cost of the insurance.
